Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on UPS and USPS commercial rates and will be displayed in your cart or at checkout after entering your shipping address. If your order requires special shipping arrangements, please contact us prior to purchase for a custom quote.
Processing Time
Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or peak periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally.
Free Shipping Promotion
Free Shipping is valid for delivery addresses within the continental United States only. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all military or air force bases (APO/FPO).
Free Shipping promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control, commonly referred to as “Acts of God.”
Delivery & Tracking
Packages are generally delivered by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date. Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours after the shipment is made. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer directly to your tracking link.
Lost Packages & Signature Required Services
SOFT99 USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier when the customer selects USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground shipping services without Signature Required.
For customers seeking additional protection against loss or theft, we offer Signature Required shipping options, including:
- USPS Ground Advantage Signature Required
- USPS Priority Mail Signature Required
- UPS Ground Signature Required
Loss protection is available only for orders shipped using one of the Signature Required services listed above. In the event a package shipped with Signature Required service is lost in transit, SOFT99 USA will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure for package delivery.
