Most members start as Community Members. Professional detailers and shops may start at a higher level at SOFT99 USA's discretion. Members move up based on content quality and consistency, not follower count; detailers and shops can also move up by using and recommending SOFT99 to their customers.

- This is a product-based program: ambassadors receive free product, not payment or commission.
- You're free to use other brands. We just ask that your SOFT99 content features SOFT99 products.
- You must be 18 or older and live in the U.S.
- Spots are limited, and we review every application personally.
